Schmetz Jeans needles have a reinforced blade and a modified medium ball point, so they go through dense woven fabric without bending or skipping stitches. Size 110/18 is the heaviest in the jeans range and suits thick denim, heavy canvas and seams with several layers, such as a jeans hem.
