Shipping policy

Processing time
Fabric orders are cut to order, so please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared before it ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once it's on its way.

Shipping within Australia
We ship via Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Bulky orders may attract a higher shipping fee.

Standard orders over $150 ship free within Australia.

Local pickup
Pickup is available from our store at 1/557 Magill Road, Magill SA 5072. Select "Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready to collect.

International shipping
We currently ship to New Zealand. We're working on expanding to the rest of Oceania soon, so check back if your country isn't yet listed at checkout.

Packaging
Your order is packed with care using compostable mailers, chosen to keep packaging waste out of landfill.

Delays
Occasionally things outside our control (postal delays, high volume periods) can affect delivery times. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us at fabric@skygarden.org and we'll look into it.
