These Terms of Service govern your use of the Skygarden Fabrics website and any purchase you make from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Skygarden Fabrics is operated by a sole trader (ABN 64 628 774 719) trading from 1/557 Magill Road, Magill SA 5072, Australia.

Using this website
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account, placing an order, or booking a class. You're responsible for keeping any account login details secure.

Products and pricing
We make every effort to describe our fabric, haberdashery, and other products accurately, including colour, fibre content, and measurements. Colours may vary slightly between screens and in person, particularly with rescued and deadstock fabric where dye lots can differ. Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time.

Classes and bookings
Class bookings are subject to the cancellation policy stated at the time of booking. Class capacity, dates, and teachers may change; we'll do our best to notify you of any changes as early as possible.

Fabric cut to order
Because fabric is cut to order, please review our Refund Policy before purchasing, as change-of-mind returns are not available.

Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photography, logos, and design, belongs to Skygarden Fabrics unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or use this content without our permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Skygarden Fabrics is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or your purchase of our products, including delays beyond our control.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of South Australia.
