Clover Soluble Pencil Blue

Water Soluble Pencils can be easily wiped off with water. Best suited for precise marking on fabric and allows you to draw a fine line on cloth. Also very useful for marking when you sew, stitch and quilt. Always test the pencil on a piece of fabric before marking on final fabric.
